Lease Syndicate Opportunity with Emma Lavelle – Mikindaguy

 A rare opportunity to get involved with a promising horse at a top yard.

  • Mikindaguy, a 4yo gelding by Masterstroke out of Swatow (a Shantou mare).
  • Swatow was trained by Emma, reaching a mark of 120 in 7 races.
  • Mikindaguy has been home bred by Emma and Barry.
  • In full training and ready to run soon.   
  • 12-share syndicate costing an all-inclusive £190 per month per share. No capital required. Only commitment is until 31 August 2027.

The Lease Syndicate consists of twelve equal shares of 8.33%.  It will run initially from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2027 and can be extended by mutual agreement.  Each shareholder will receive:

  • 33% of 80% of the owner’s prize money received (Emma and Barry will receive 20% of any owner’s prize money as payment towards the lease).
  • Two badges each time he runs.
  • Visits to Emma’s yard.
  • 33% of 5% of any sale price if Emma and Barry sell him during the lease period (we will be offered the chance to match any offer they receive and have first call on buying him).
  • The Racing Manager App and a WhatsApp group.
  • A welcome pack to include a certificate, welcome letter from Emma, a framed photograph of the horse and a few small gifts; and
  • Access to Dynasty Racing’s monthly newsletter and invitations to other Dynasty Racing social events.
